DeathSeeker I love these instrumental releases. Hate Eternal did a similar move a while ago and it was awesome. Cynic have achieved the same feat, every track takes on a new life in this form, the instrumental genius that is Cynic is showcased in a way that enhances every composition. 5/5

Minou_Le_Voyou Even if I miss Paul's voice, it is still marvelous

briansikes1992 So cool to hear these songs in all their instrumental glory sans vocals. Some truly great musicianship on display. Cynic never fails to impress and push boundaries. No album ever sounds too alike or too far apart from the other. This is a cool way to appreciate Ascension Codes and feels a lot more atmospheric and immersive just letting the notes ring out on their own.

Dakeryas I don't miss the vocals too much, and this release is interesting for its higher dynamic range (DR9 vs DR4) above all. If only we could get the vocals separately and mix them back-in ourselves to avoid the slammed mastering of the original release... Favorite track: Mythical Serpents (instrumental).
